About the Event
This 6-week self-care series is created to help students better manage their stress and coping skills. We know that the past year has been very stressful and that students need more helpful tools and a safe space to share their thoughts and feelings. Join us as we explore several avenues of coping and stress management.
There will be weekly prizes and snacks at each session! See you there.
