Color of You Workshop

Step’s Foundation, Inc. and Potter's Touch Knowledge Center invites teens to explore creativity, wellness, and self-expression through Color of You—an expressive arts workshop series designed to help students manage stress, build coping skills, and connect with themselves and their peers.

Each two-hour workshop focuses on a unique theme and includes a hands-on art activity paired with practical mental wellness tools like journaling, grounding, or mindfulness. No art experience is required—just a willingness to show up and create.

This is your space to unplug, express what you’re feeling, and walk away with real tools for everyday life.

Each session includes:

• A guided creative art project (all supplies provided)

• A wellness activity or coping skill (journaling, grounding, etc.)
