Step’s Foundation, Inc. and Ufouma, Inc. invites you and your family to join us for Family Fitness in the Park—a fun, free, and movement-filled event designed for families of all ages and fitness levels.

This one-hour experience combines walking, laughter, and playful physical activities that promote wellness, communication, and connection. No equipment is needed—just comfortable clothes, sneakers, and your family’s energy!

Together, we’ll:

• Take a conversational walk around the park with our team

• Participate in simple, family-friendly fitness circuits

• Play teamwork-based movement games
