About the Event
Are you ready to prioritize your well-being and develop healthy habits that can improve your mental and emotional health? Our 6-Week Self-Care Series is designed to help teens and their families build practical skills that promote resilience, emotional strength, and community connection.
What to Expect Each week, participants will focus on a new aspect of self-care, with sessions that blend guided practices, group activities, and interactive learning. By the end of the series, you and your family will walk away with tools to reduce stress, improve mental health, and create lasting, positive changes in your everyday lives. Plus, there are weekly prize opportunities for participants, and those who complete the entire series will receive a certificate of completion!
