Self Care Series - Spring 2023
About the Event
This 6-week self-care series is created to help students better manage their stress and coping skills. We know that life can be very stressful and that students need more helpful tools and a safe space to share their thoughts and feelings. Join us as we explore several avenues of coping and stress management. This series is open to middle - high school students and families. If you attend all 6 weeks you'll receive a certificate at the end of the series.
