Self Care Series - Week Five
About the Event
We want students to be able to practice self-care and stress management techniques. In this 6 week series, we go into detail with students about practices that can help them to calm them and create better self-care plans to get through tough days. We invite parents to join in as well, this can be a fun and eye-opening experience for families.
