Retain Your Brain
Support youth mental health and emotional resilience.
Retain Your Brain is a peer-driven emotional wellness program that helps teens manage stress, build self-awareness, and normalize conversations around mental health. Through guided discussions, creative expression, and student support circles, participants develop tools to manage life’s challenges in a safe and inclusive environment. Sponsorship helps provide materials for activities, guest facilitators, wellness kits, and outreach to schools and communities.
6-Week Self-Care Series
Bring families together to prioritize mental wellness — together.
This certificate-based series brings teens and their families into a shared space where they can explore self-care practices, emotional regulation, and healthy boundaries, all while strengthening their connection with one another. Each week focuses on a different dimension of wellness through guided activities, reflection exercises, and real conversations that spark understanding and healing at home.
Sponsorships help cover materials, facilitators, and custom self-care wellness kits provided to each participating family, filled with journals, mindfulness tools, comfort items, and resources to keep practicing wellness long after the series ends.
Survival Program
Sponsor real-world skills that teens aren’t taught in school - but should be.
The Survival Program equips teens with the essential life skills they need to thrive in everyday life, emotionally, practically, and socially. Designed to meet students where they are, the program runs throughout the school year, with each quarter focused on a different area of real-life readiness. From managing a bank account to handling household tasks or preparing for an interview, students learn by doing, with hands-on activities, peer collaboration, and real-world simulations.
Each quarter ends with an incentive-based milestone celebration to highlight student growth, encourage continued participation, and celebrate small wins that lead to long-term success.

Your sponsorship covers essential materials, guest speakers, meals, and quarterly celebrations that recognize student growth and milestones. It also ensures consistent engagement and support throughout the year. Whether you sponsor one quarter or the full program, your impact helps teens build confidence, life skills, and a stronger sense of self.
Quarterly Focus Areas:
Q1 – Health & Wellness
Students learn how to care for their bodies and minds through lessons on nutrition, hydration, hygiene, physical activity, and preventive wellness. They also explore how their choices today impact their future health.

Q2 – Financial Literacy
Teens dive into budgeting, saving, and credit basics. Interactive simulations, games, and real-world scenarios help them understand money management and build financial confidence for adulthood.

Q3 – Career Development
With a focus on workforce readiness, this quarter includes mock interviews, resume writing, workplace etiquette, and exposure to different career paths. Students walk away with a working resume and greater confidence in professional settings.
Q4 – Home
Living
Students learn core independent living skills, from cooking and laundry to basic cleaning and home maintenance. These skills empower them to manage their space and build self-sufficiency.

Together We Can
Sponsor the next generation of confident, capable teen leaders.
The Youth Program Ambassador track is designed for high school students (grades 9–12) who want to lead with purpose, give back to their communities, and amplify youth voices. Ambassadors represent Step's Foundation at events, participate in service projects, and help mentor their peers, all while developing real-world leadership, communication, and advocacy skills.
Your sponsorship helps fund leadership trainings, service learning opportunities, ambassador gear, and student-led community projects. It also supports travel to conferences, milestone celebrations, and the tools teens need to step into leadership roles with pride.
Back a teen leader today — and invest in the future of your community.
