At Step’s Foundation, we’re committed to turning vision into action. Over the next five years, our strategic plan is focused on expanding our reach, deepening our programs, and strengthening the foundation of our organization so we can serve even more youth and families across Central Florida.
Our goals are clear:

Grow Our Community Impact: Expand our programs to reach more students and families, with a focus on life skills, mental wellness, leadership, and career readiness.

Strengthen Partnerships: Build new collaborations with schools, businesses, and community organizations while deepening relationships with our current partners.

Ensure Financial Sustainability: Increase fundraising, sponsorships, and grant support to fuel our growth for years to come.

Enhance Organizational Capacity: Invest in our staff, volunteers, and systems to deliver programs more effectively and scale sustainably.

Lead with Equity and Inclusion: Make sure all voices are heard and that every student, family, and partner feels welcome and valued in everything we do.

Goal 1: IncreaseStakeholderParticipation
Objective 1.1: Double the number of stakeholders (e.g., volunteers, donors, and partners).
KPI 1.1.1: Increase stakeholder count from 10 to 20 by the end of Year 1.
KPI 1.1.2: Host 4 stakeholder engagement events this year.
KPI 1.1.3: Collect feedback from at least 80% of stakeholders through surveys or focus groups.
Objective 1.2: Strengthen partnerships with schools and community organizations.
KPI 1.2.1: Secure at least 2 new partnerships with local schools or businesses.
KPI 1.2.2: Conduct 3 collaborative workshops or events with partners.
Goal 2: Increase Funding
Objective 2.1: Expand community fundraising efforts.
KPI 2.1.1: Host 1 fundraising event per quarter (4 events total).
KPI 2.1.2: Raise $25,000 in donations and sponsorships by end of fiscal year.
KPI 2.1.3: Secure at least 5 new sponsors through outreach campaigns.

Objective 3.2: Expand outreach to alternative schools.
KPI 3.2.1: Present programs to 1 local alternative school outside of Zenith.
KPI 3.2.2: Enroll at least 15 new participants from alternative schools.
