Creating Safe Spaces for Growth and Healing
Retain Your Brain is a student-centered mental wellness program designed to reduce stigma around mental health and equip teens with tools for self-care, emotional regulation, and community connection. In both group and individual settings, students explore their feelings, express themselves creatively, and learn how to navigate the pressures of school, relationships, and life with more balance and confidence.
With a trauma-informed foundation and a creative twist, Retain Your Brain is where teens come to be heard, to heal, and to grow.
