For Young Adults Ready to Make an Impact
The Young Adult Committee (YAC) is a leadership opportunity for young adults ages 18–24 who are passionate about community, service, and helping youth thrive. Whether you're a former program participant, a current/past intern, or simply someone who wants to take on a leadership role, this is your space.
YAC members help plan and lead youth-focused events, collaborate with Step's Foundation programs, serve on internal committees, and participate in board meetings to ensure youth and young adult perspectives are heard at every level.
