Lead Boldly. Speak Up. Be the Change.
At Step's Foundation, leadership is more than a title, it's a chance to grow, advocate, and inspire change. Our leadership pathways are designed to guide high school students and young adults through real-world leadership development, community service, peer mentorship, and project planning. Whether you're stepping up for the first time or strengthening your voice, there's a place for you here.
We currently offer two leadership tracks: one for high school students and one for young adults who’ve already graduated.
