Empowering the next generation to rise, represent, and lead.

We believe youth aren't just the future, they're the now. Through leadership programs for high school students and young adults, we provide the tools, voice, and opportunities they need to lead with purpose.

Lead Boldly. Speak Up. Be the Change.

At Step's Foundation, leadership is more than a title, it's a chance to grow, advocate, and inspire change. Our leadership pathways are designed to guide high school students and young adults through real-world leadership development, community service, peer mentorship, and project planning. Whether you're stepping up for the first time or strengthening your voice, there's a place for you here.

We currently offer two leadership tracks: one for high school students and one for young adults who’ve already graduated.
